Marie Barriol - True Cochabambina

Marie Barriol has finally discovered the secret behind becoming truly welcomed into the culture of Cochabamba and Uspha-Uspha and has decided to give us a little sneak peek into how it's done.

 That's it ! From now on, I can be considered as a true "Cochabambina" ! I've just passed the ultimate test... I carried a baby on my back in an "aguayo", this colored rectangular piece of patterned cloth every Bolivian woman must possess. I can't wait to repeat the experience ! Who knows? Maybe I'll carry my future children this way someday !
